Agenda: 19:00 – 19:30: Open doors & welcome 19:30 – 19:35: Introductions and announcements; Dr. Richard Bull 19:35 – 19:50: Session 1 – Prescribing issues; Dr. Stuart Saunders 19:50 – 20:05: Session 2 – Influenza & immunization; Dr. Alistair Park 20:05 – 20:20: Session 3 – The East Midlands Cosmetic procedures pronouncement; Dr. Peter Allamby 20:20 – 20:35: Session 4 – An explanation of practice budgets & healthcare expenditure; Dr. Richard Bull 20:35 – 21:05: Public Q&A, commissioning ideas/issues, suggestions for next meeting including Patient Representation on the Patient Reference Group, etc; Sue Pogson (PCT PPI team) 21:05 – 21:10: Recruitment to a small working group to help design a patient satisfaction questionnaire. Dr. Richard Bull 21:10 – 21:30: Coffee, tea & biscuits (All) ******************************* We have started a Locality-wide PPG along with the other 3 practices in Dronfield. We intend to hold meeting x3-4 each year. The inaugural meeting took place on Tuesday 10/05/11 @ Dronfield Civic Hall (7.30 - 9.30pm) where the following issues were discussed: -

Dr. Bull availability Dr. Bull has been selected to serve on both the Board & Clinical Reference Group of the newly formed North Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group (NDCCG). Because of these duties, he will be less available in practice for consultations by 1/2 to 1 day per week. We trust you will be understanding of this development.
