Internet bookings: This page provides instructions and the link to make/cancel appointments with the GPs.

Surgery Closed: This page tells you when we are available and gives some ideas & information on what to do when we are not available (Out of hours, weekends, bank holidays and half day).

Personnel: This page is designed to make the website a little more "personal" with a picture gallery of staff, their names and roles in the Primary Health Care Team (PHCT).

Policies: This section is where we intend to publish all the Practice's policies so that you can understand how the organization works, its principles and the standards it tries to maintain.

Protocols & Audit: We want this section to explain what we are trying to achieve in terms of the clinical care of common conditions. We can do this by publishing our management protocols, and also the audits we conduct to measure how well we are doing against the criteria we set ourselves. 

As a patient with one (or more) of these conditions, you can also learn what we are trying to achieve and why, and hence how you can contribute to both your own care and the audit results!

Self Help: The internet is a rich source of patient-friendly information, if you know where to look. We are trying to establish a useful "virtual library" of health resources which are validated as reliable and useful for patients, as not all sites publish correct or up-to-date information.

Contact Us: This page is to allow you to give feedback on the Practice or how we are performing; either comment, compliment or complaint.

Search: This page allows you to conduct a word-search to find particular information if you do not know where to look on the website: Very useful!

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions: This page is where we intend to post information regarding recent Government (Department of Health), Primary Care Trust (PCT) or Practice health announcements/information.
